Lubra Casa Relax is built on three floors, measures around 400 m2, and can host up to fifteen people.  It has terraces with splendid views, a garden and a relaxing swimming pool.
The house offers fantastic views of the sea, the Gulf of Naples, Ischia, Procida and part of the island of Capri.
Guests will have access to a reserved parking area beside the house, and other parking spaces are available in a fenced-off area about 100 metres away.
The village is located in the centre of Schiazzano, a small village in Massa Lubrense, where you will find 2 typical restaurants and a few small food shops.
Located mid-way between the gulfs of Naples and Salerno, 9 km from Sorrento and 15 km from Positano, Lubra Casa Relax lies at the heart of Massa Lubrense, renowned for its world-famous restaurants and delightful coastline.
Just a few metres from the Villa is the stop for SITA bus services to Sorrento.  The SITA bus network links all the towns along the coast, offering convenient access to the archaeological sites of Pompeii, Ercolano and Paestum, as well as the Royal Palace of Caserta.
Lubra Casa Relax is situated in a quiet, sunny position, along a stretch of coast that is part of the Marine Protected Area of Punta Campanella, renowned for its beautiful landscape and the traces of its ancient history.
The villa is next to a little side road, closed to traffic, and faces the sea, where enchanting sunsets can be admired. 
The house is also ideally situated for guests wishing to go trekking in the Sorrento Peninsula, with hiking routes available along a number of paths: to the Deserto (456 m), Mount S. Costanzo (497 m), from where there are breathtaking views, from Massa Lubrense to Termini (over 6 km of solitary road surrounded by Mediterranean maquis) and the bay of Ieranto in the heart of the Marine Protected Area of Punta Campanella.

The tasteful furnishings and the rooms that look onto the Gulf of Naples make Lubra Casa Relax the ideal place for an exclusive, restful stay. The house is part of a historical 17th century residence, and the villa has conserved the original sandstone staircases, frescoes and vaulted ceilings, giving it an unusual, attractively old-fashioned air.

The jewels in the crown of the Villa are the seven bedrooms, each one dedicated to a different mermaid and exclusively decorated in different colours. The rooms can host a total of fifteen people, and are equipped with bathrooms featuring Bisazza mosaics, as well as satellite TV with LCD screen, safe, mini-bar, internet connection and air conditioning.
The rooms of the relais Lubra, on the Sorrento coast, are designed to offer guests a unique holiday experience. Those wishing to enjoy reading or listening to some good music can do so in the sitting rooms of the house, which contain a collection of period books.
